Submitting an online claim to ICBC

Things to do after an accident:

• Report to ICBC by telephone: (604)-520-8222 or click here to report a claim online with ICBC
• Record licence plate numbers for all vehicles involved
• Record driver’s licence number for all drivers involved
• Insurance information for vehicles not insured by ICBC

What you need before booking a repair with us:

• ICBC claim number
• Vehicle registration number (located on your insurance paper)

For private insurance policies, contact your insurance provider and mention TF Autobody as your repair shop.
